PranaDanda Yoga is an empowering mind~body training method that incorporates yoga mudra-asanas in circular movements and rhythmic patterns with the ancient and empowering Shantideva mantra prayer to create a movement form of devotion to channel our emotions with skill, compassion and wisdom. You will learn how to move and meditate with the aid of a Danda (a five foot specially designed staff) which is a primal and powerful way to feel the movement of energy as a way to focus the mind. Even though this form is unique, its roots are synthesized from Prana Vinyasa Yoga, created by Shiva Rea, and Tantric Himalayan Buddhism and is soul fulfilling movement alchemy!
